      Is it Macross you're talking about? ;) Can you give me any hint about your usage? Samsung 830 is a pretty solid performer but Plextor M3 (Pro) is also an excellent choice. For write intensive workloads, Vertex 4 is the best choice though. If you want to be really "sophisticated", you could monitor your disk usage with DiskMon to see what your usage is like. Drives perform differently in different tests.

      Too true, it's exciting in a way - makes it much easier for colloquial conversation to be had. And the "notification" up the top right makes it really easy to see too! Bravo MR.

      a few things, this friends thing obviously - which is wierd having on MR. There is a new "pictures" area where others can view albums that you make. You can now minimise the forum sections (Mac, iPod, iPhone) etc through the Forums section. Overall it does seem a bit quicker now that the updates have been fixed. I do quite like this messaging system because it doesn't fill up your PM box!
