Do you still have a working Apple II that can read those floppies? That's the real key here; you need a real Apple II to read the media. Once you have one, there is a fantastic piece of software called ADT that lets you transfer the data on the floppies to the Mac via an audio connection. Here's ADT's website: http://adtpro.sourceforge.net The site even has a way to "bootstrap" an Apple II into running ADT without even needing a boot disk! All you need is a Mac or PC with audio ports and the right cable. Good luck; I remember doing this back in the late 90s and it felt so good to have all my old Apple II stuff safely on disk images.
