Apple seem determined to force game players to buy other systems to play games above mobile standard.
For me this means I will be buying iMacs...
Surely economies of scale would suggest that Apple produced chips will be more expensive? This looks like a benefit for Apple, not for its users.
Looks like the Windows computer for games is nailed on now.
I don't hate the X, I just couldn't possible justify buying one.
Looks like Apple is a phone company to me.
Pretty sure this would be illegal in the EU. Consumer protection laws provide a right to return, perhaps someone should suggest this to US lawmakers?
As it appears I'm going to have to get a gaming Windows computer, as little as possible.
As I understand it, eGPU support will not be made available to the public release until Spring 2018. And then there are games that will not make...

And Frontier Development were entitled to do so, but they choose to take the KickStarter funds from macOS users.
