1080p is overkill for me, 720p?

So, I really don't need 1080p...my laptop won't even smoothly play it.

I was hoping for a feature to change between 720p and 1080p, but have come up with nothing. Is there something I may be missing?

What kind of laptop do you have? Have you by any chance updated your graphics card drivers? Could possibly help if it actually does support 1080P.

Its a Toshiba, a couple years old. I think the main reason is because it was a Vista machine that I reverted back to XP (for obvious reasons) and not all the hardware plays along 100%. I have a mac pro as well in my studio, but I try not to use it for anything other than audio.

I'll look into apps, there doesn't appear to be any info for 4S yet...but I'm sure soon app info will be updated

On most phones you can choose the quality... Maybe there's an app for that?
