Hello, how are you?
So yesterday I was taking some pictures of my son at school.
I was using portrait mode.
The pictures came out great, except there where small sections of his school uniform that had applied bokeh effect.
His uniform has a checkered pattern.
And the phone applied bokeh to a small round section of the uniform.

Here are the pictures.
I cropped out my sons face for privacy reasons.

This never happened on similar scenarios on my previous 8 plus and XS Max.

As this happened to anyone else?

Yes, on stripes on my daughter's top in several portrait shots.

So I assume this is a software issue right?
How can I report this to Apple?
I haven’t found an email address on their site.
