My friend is selling his rMBP that he purchased a month ago, and I can get it off him for $1900 (no tax).

    The specs are:
    16GB RAM
    512GB SSD
    15' screen
    No damage
    1 Year AppleCare

Plus, it's a cash deal so no taxes. Is this a good deal or mediocre?

Freyqq asked what's the GPU - the graphics card.

Is it Iris Pro-only or Iris Pro with NVIDIA GT 750M?

    My bad, I apologize.

    It's the NVIDIA GT750M.

    It's a good deal.

The same rMBP on the refurb store costs $2199.

Buy it off your friend and buy a 3-year AppleCare plan for it and you're all set.
