iPod touch 2 different iTunes account APPS = 1 accounts app won't work

Hey,

So I downloaded a bunch of apps from the Canada iTunes account.
They work~ but after I created a Japanese iTunes account, and downloaded apps from there, my Canada apps stop working. Only Japanese one works.
Is that a common problem?

Right now I want to purchase an app from the Canada iTunes account but I'm afraid it won't work, cuz I use the Japanese iTunes account mainly.

Don't know what to do?

Can I just jailbreak my phone and get the same apps everywhere region-free or something.
