It has no marks/scuffs/scratches and comes with the power cord and unopened earbuds, as well as 2 cases (incase and incipio). Sound reasonable?

I personally would not pay that as the Iphone 4 is free on contract now on ATT (Of course its 8gb instead of 32gb)... But still, for 200 you could buy a 16gb Iphone 5...

Are you buying or selling? If buying, that's a good price. If selling, you can get more. (I sold my 16GB iPHone 4, with just the phone and charger, on eBay's instant sell for $200...avoided the hassle of dealing with potential scammers and got to get a fair price on the phone to cover most of the cost of my iPhone 5 upgrade).

(wow...glad I locked in that price ahead of time. Looks like it's now down to $145 for the 16GB and $200 for the 32GB).

If you are selling for that price then that is way too low. That phone is being sold is under NO contract. Imagine buying a 4 or 4S with no contract from Apple... It would be way more than $200, about double that price. But if you are buying this phone that you are talking about, then hell yea, go for it! That's a great price. Just be sure to turn it on and actually use it to see if there are any software issues. Some people I have sold iPhones to didn't even turn it on to make sure that it even works...

Amazon trade in will give you more money (if you are amazon shopper). It's better to do amazon trade in. I think you will get around $230-260 for trade in mint condition with box.

I got £180 for my unlocked 16gb iPhone 4 in excellent condition (about $280) which I thought was pretty decent, so a 32gb version in a similar state should fetch more than that I'd have thought

I sold mine on Thursday for 240 with 2 cases. It did have some scuffs on the metal band but glass was perfect
