Below we've collected some of the best TV deals you can find during Prime Day, including those from Samsung, Sony, Hisense, LG, Panasonic, Toshiba, and more. Shoppers should remember that Prime Day sales are typically time sensitive, so purchase quickly if you're interested.

It's also worth noting that some deals require an Amazon Prime membership to get Prime Day deals. You can sign up for a free 30-day trial of Prime on Amazon if you're a new customer; afterwards the service runs for $14.99/month or $139/year.

Special for 2025, Amazon is also offering a free six month trial to Prime for Young Adults right now. Prime for Young Adults is a discounted Prime membership for anyone age 18-24 that offers all of the Prime benefits at $69.00 per year, half of the price of regular Prime.

Well, instead of complaining, I’m going to use this post to ask what of the 50-55” TVs do you recommend. Maybe you own any of those.

My requirements are: Non OLED, good picture quality, and good viewing angles.

Yesterday I was about to purchase the Hisense ULED one, which is mini-LED, but some reviews mentioned poor viewing angles.

Good! Thank you!
If you end up buying a new TV, look for the review on RTINGs and they will have suggesting best settings to get a good picture.

For example, here are the suggested settings for the LG C3 OLED I have.

I have an older hand me down 42" inch TV which still has legacy connections.
The idea of replacing something, just to keep up with the times, makes no sense to me.
You know, if it ain't broke, don't fix it.
I'm still a cable guy but have streamers attached to my (AIO) PC's HDMI input for testing and knowledge.
Would not want a TV with streaming built in.
There is a love/hate situation for me with all the streamers.
ATV is still the best, I think, plus I love the Peanuts screensaver.
Apple should consider getting into the TV business before the competition leaves no more room.
An ATV stick would be handy otherwise.
The latest Roku sticks get power from the USB port, eliminating data consumption when the TV is off.
