Didn't Trump give a 30 day deadline for a plan to defeat ISIS?
About one more week.
Ah. My bad. So - do you think there will be one next week?
Knowing bureaucracy I see two scenarios:
a) Nothing happens due to "unexpected delays"
b) A plan so general and broad - or so incredibly detailed and precise- that it is meaningless in the real world.
Let's see if they prove me wrong.
How could they - didn't you pretty much cover the spectrum? lol
he should have just drawn a red line..........
well, that's bureaucracy at work
The other scenario is they just say they have one but will not release it because they don't want ISIS to know what's coming. But trust me - we have a great plan - and Syria is going to pay for it.
Then the glorious plan will inevitably be leaked by CNN...
No, no, no. Red lines have already been drawn. They didn't do squat.
You need to use a different color. One that the bad hombres are afraid of.
Risk - great game. I don't think Cheeto-in-Chief has the patience for it though.
Trump is wrong on this. You can't destroy an idea.
You should try Pandemic... now THAT is a great boardgame.
Is the New Black?
Well, he's already ahead of Obama on that one...
If you think Risk is a great board game, you need to try some modern board games.
I think of Risk as a good "gateway drug" to better games.
Fully agree. None of my friends or relatives want to play it though. I need to get friends who appreciate board games.
Well you can play it solo!
Check out Boardgamegeek and their forums. There are meetings almost in every city now as board games are back... bigly! I have a pretty decent collection... we're a boardgaming family!
Not into board games, but I just want Command and Conquer to come back. Thanks EA
Oh my, I loved C&C (and even Dune 2000!). My longest single game ever was a 16 hour game with a friend (on LAN). We - naively - set up a rule to make things become more interesting: no one was allowed to attack for an hour.
In that hour we built two fortresses and an army that would make anyone run (except the other army). It was insane. After the sixth hour it was a continuous stream of attacks, interrupted only by mutually agreed restroom breaks.
So, the question is, who won? No one. One of the computers crashed.
That would have been awesome. Back when I was on windows I played all the time. I have one of them on mac but haven't played in a while. I really wish they would bring it back.
If we ever go back to windows, I challenge you to a C&C game.
Umm I may have to look at a cheapish windows machine again.
Well, considering Obama had 8 years.
