I has been more than a year I replaced my 3G iPod for a photo one. I changed my iPod because the HDD failed on my 3g. So, instead of buying another HDD I would like to know if a 1.8" HDD to female USB cable/adaptor exists. I'm asking because I would like to use a common USB key to use as a HDD but the usb key would be located outside the iPod... So .. it's kinda a fun/hack/spare time project
