(from the iMac G5 intro video) photoshopped by apple? WHY?!
We don't know how long ago they made that intro video. That could simply be a pre-release 4G iPod running an older version of the iPod software.
even the 3g didn't have the check-mark. it goes back to the main menu once its done updating
my 3g says that for like a minute, then goes to the menu
it just seems kinda weird, i'm thinking it could have been photoshopped in, if you look frame by frame - but i don't get why. it doesn't reallly matter, i just thought it was odd
I never see the checkmark on my 3g. Funny, I didn't really notice that until this thread, it seems odd that that would be in a picture of the 4g.
it's a fake!
This definately looks like a Photoshop job. If you look at the close up view of the iPod next to the keyboard (the first movie) you can see that there is an unusual amount of contrast between the 'check' icon and the rest of the LCD that is not on. The LCD is nearly white. I have never seen an iPod with this amount of contrast.
