    will this work with the ps3? i know that the ps3 uses 2.5 drives but ive heard that the ps3 only accepts 500gb

    it should fit inside there, im not too familiar with PS3's but some of the reviews in the newegg link say its compatible.

    Saw that too and got excited haha. Didn't know that they made 640's at 2.5" already. Awesome deal.

    Would this drive work well in the new White Unibody MacBook and 13" MBP?

    It should, since it's standard 9.5 mm thickness.

    Yeah its been getting alot of good reviews, and i was looking to save for an SSD but I'm looking for more internal space since i want remain as light as possible when traveling and using the MBP.

    Also, for those that use Bing cashback, there is a 10% Cashback being offered for i think all items on newegg including BF deals.

    (just bing search Newegg and click the cashback ad)

    plus at newegg you get the cashback offer, which is alittle cheaper than amazon. i just did mine that way. :)

    Amazon has free shipping and is usually tax free though.

    true, as well as newegg as long as you're not located in CA, TN or NJ.

    either way both are good deals :D
