How do you have to order to ensure that if you buy at these prices- that your subsidy date does not change?

I've tried the AT&T Upgrader app - and before it will allow me to click 'Checkout' - I must put a check in a box that says I agree to their T's&C's and a 2-year service commitment.

Does buying even at the full price - require a contract extension (but keep the upgrade date as it is today?)

full price as in the title does not affect your subsidy or contract time.
however, if you buy right now, your iPhone will still be locked to at&t.

apple will sell the full price unlocked phone at some unknown date in the future.

Thanks. Not that it really matters if the contract is extended by 2 yrs (as a practical matter) but I want to be sure I'm good to go next year when/if a 5 comes out.

EDIT: Just ordered via the Apple Store - Unlike the AT&T Upgrader iPhone App, it actually says-
"Contract Duration: Month to Month" so it does appear that the contract is not extended. I assume this also confirms that my full upgrade date won't change either.
