iPod 6588 songs in library, 6587 songs on iPod. Why?

Have just resynced my 5.5 80gb iPod and there seems to be a song missing from the iPod's library. Nothing seems to be unchecked, the option to 'only sync checked songs etc' is not turned on...

What's the easiest way to find out what the problem tune is? Is my iPod starting to develop a taste of its own and rejecting songs it doesn't like?

200 duplicates... lots of remixes, compilation mix albums and edits... found one though that shouldn't have been there. That seems to have fixed things, though. Didn't know that the iPod wouldn't copy over duplicates, if that's what it was...
