A better Grab?

If there's an app I hate, it's Grab. Oh, god, I hate it. If I'm taking a screenshot, they could at least give me the option to save it as JPG or PNG if I'm uploading it onto the internet. Instead I have to convert with Xee - it's more work than there should be. In Tiger there was an ugly yet functional Dashboard widget I used, but Leopard broke compatibility. Any recommendations?

Also, let's get a bit complicated. Think an Automator or Quicksilver script to take a screenshot and then upload it somewhere is feasible?

I've been using ScreenShot Plus 3.0 widget. You can choose file type to save, location, etc.

Wonderful, that's the one I was using! I guess it doesn't update itself automatically. Thanks!
