iPod touch A description of apps available please?

Hi all,
firstly huge thank you to everyone who's put their time and effort into jailbreaking the touch and especially making it easier for us newbies!

i am seriously considering doing it, but before i do, i'd like to know exactly what kind of applications are available at this stage to be installed on hacked Touch. Is there anywhere i can find a full description of everything that is available, and also what is being developed?
