This is kind of BS. If you bought your phone on launch day there is no way they will have a case to you by the time your 30 days are up.

So how are we supposed to return the phone if the case doesnt satisfy us?

You can apply for a case on Apple's website starting late next week...

Next Friday is the last day for returns for anyone that bought on launch day. Perfect timing Steve. Seriously?

Thought teh same. Seriously considering returning at this point
 
It's pretty simple, the case resolves the issue of touching the antenna directly. If you can wrap your mind around that and be satisfied, then order your free case and move on. If you can't, then you can return it. Couldn't possibly be simpler at this point. If you want a different mobile device, go do that... You're still here? It's over.. Go home.. Go! /ferrisbueller
