A slew of radioactive folders, or at least tags to same.

The user's Finder window has about 20 Folder entries. Each is tagged with a nuclear triad warning.
    But there nothing else.

And no folders matching same. Control-click does nothing, splat-I likewise.

How do I get rid of them? Can I delete a plist somewhere and start over?

Hold the Command key while dragging them to trash.
