Um, Donald this is what you call an electoral landslide. Notice too that both Nixon and Reagan got at least 50% of the popular vote (something Bill Clinton failed to do in either of his wins). Oh and in 1984 Reagan lost Minnesota by 0.18% or less than 4,000 votes.

You guys could have elected someone called "McGovern" to govern your country and took a pass? Wow, that takes fortitude.

Meh. One candidate is touring the liquor cabinet the other is touring the US.

Way to deflect. Fact is he didn't win in any landslide other than in the heads of his delusional kool-aid drinking supporters.

I don't care about a landslide. Clinton lost, that is enough reason for me to celebrate.

Clinton was supposed to be the one getting 352 EC votes. instead Trump got over 300.
democrats had no problem calling that a landslide

How often and for how many days straight were the majority of the topics in PRSI about Obama, cause pretty much since the sweet, sweet victory PRSI has been nothing but Trump this and Trump that.

Not sure I googled the number of times each had been mentioned on Macrumors. Trump was nearly double Obama.

We'd need to weigh that against the general number of PRSI posts during those periods. It's quite possible that PRSI wasn't as popular back in 2008.

    For instance, I didn't join until 2010.

So a raw number isn't enough to reflect the relative amount of mentions.

You need to weight the number of liberals vs conservatives on PRSI as well, since they outnumber us at least 20-1. The number of anti-Trump posts will be suitably skewed.

Trump won a virtual landslide that crushed the malaise of the Carter (oops! Obama) years. He gave America back the mojo it lost when it elected a Democrat.

Not too scrumptious from all the whining. The Democrats have eaten sour grapes, and their teeth are set on edge.

But no Republican teeth were set on edge when you lost the last two presidential elections?

    Please.

Losing a presidential election hurts about half the population. That's the way it's been my whole adult life.

True, but I think that very few people predicted that Trump was going to beat Hillary. I mean there are a plethora of long videos on youtube showing clips over clips of people making fun of anyone who said that Trump had a chance.

But Republicans quickly climbed out of the hole they were in. Democrats seem intent on digging all the way to China.
