    Hi everyone,

This is my first post here. :)

I am currently on T-Mobile, but am switching to at&t or verizon soon (haven't decided) and probably getting a 4s (I'm impatient :p)

Just wanted to say hi and introduce myself

Welcome. Just get a cheap pay as you go phone or buy a used 3GS off Craig's list to use for the next few months. Trust me, you'll be kicking yourself if you tie yourself down to a two year contract with an old model.

    Welcome.

You're about 14 weeks away from the next iPhone. If you can wait, I would. If not, enjoy your iPhone 4S.

Because the 4S will suddenly stop working when the next one is released?

If it's your first apple device be prepared to be blown away. I went from only ever using windows, to an iPad, and I haven't been on my pc for over 15 minutes at a time in the past 2 years. It'll be great, whether you decide to wait for the latest hardware, or treat yourself early.

It's always nice to start out with the best model, especial if the new one is close to release.

I have a macbook pro, but it's my first iPhone. The last ipod i had was a 2nd gen Touch.

I'm going to the store to decide in a bit. Samsung Galaxy 3 or iPhone 4s :p
