accidently Restored to a custom restore 3.1.2 IPSW that requires ultrasn0w

Will I have any problems with Ultrasn0w later on my device?? Without ultrasn0w I couldnt get a signal. I was looking for just a jailbreak, I have a contract with AT&T so I didnt need to unlock. I tried to restore to another custom 3.1.2 but kept getting an error at the end
