Account no longer registered at Premier after pre-order fiasco.

    I tried logging into my Premier account today and it keeps telling me invalid username or pass. I'm logging in with saved info in my browser and also entered the info mutiple times manually.

    My normal AT&T account still shows my FAN number.

    If I click to register and enter my work email it will send me an email with a link to register my account.

    I know their servers got slammed pretty hard and I read about others logging in to their AT&T account only for it to be someone elses.

    So has anyone else having this type of problem?

    P.S. AT&T's forums gives me an error when trying to login or when submitting my email for them to email me my forum password. I'm sure this is a separate problem though

    It isn't just you. I just had the same thing happen when I went into my account to check the upgrades. I am now able to go to the Premier site, but it asked me to re-enroll. I simply put in my email address, completed the form, and off I went. YMMV, as my FAN is IRU based. My guess is that they are resetting everyone's FAN to take care of the issues they had during preorder.

    As for the forum, that's definitely separate.
