After the last iOS update 15.6.1, my iPad Pro 11” no longer recognizes any of my Bluetooth

After updating my iPad Pro 11 "(M1) to ios 15.6.1, in the Settings, Bluetooth I see a" spinning gear "(no, yes, not available) and there is no way to select nothing. I completely reset the iPad but the problem remains ....

Are you saying
1. Bluetooth is on?
2. no devices you previously connected to appear in the My Devices list?
3. if devices do appear in that list, can you forget and re-add them?
4. the spinning gear is under Other Devices?

What happens if you toggle BT off and back on again?

After updating to iPadOS 15.6.1 some BT devices need to be dissconnected and repaired - e.g. Microsoft’s Arc mouse.
If the device was paired and working before, delete a.k.a. "forget" it from the BT device list on your iPad, close BT settings, put the device in pairing mode, reopen the BT settings on the iPad and pair.

Thanks for the answers !! My problem is that when I go to Settings and select Bluetooth I see that it is set to YES. If I select it I can see the connected devices for a moment but then it automatically switches to No and then again to Not Available, without doing anything .... So I can't do any operation to disable devices or anything else ....

Sorry for the delay, here's the jpg, imagine it goes from "Not Available" to "No" and then "Yes". The list of Bluetooth devides also appears and disappears ....

As annoying it might be, take note of you Apple ID, if possible create a backup (to a Mac, PC or iCloud), then restore to factory settings using a Mac/PC or without.

Thanks to your advice, I solved it by deleting all bluetooth devices ... Thanks for your help

Unfortunately the problem arose again !! I saw the new update 16.7 hoping it would solve it, but nothing remains the problem and now it is difficult for me to disable the devices because it quickly switches from one screen to another without me being able to do any operation !!! Unbelievable ... Maybe the Bluetooth is broken? Thank you all for the help
