Not that the Dems are better, but at least they aren't Republicans.
Chicago is a rather liberal city, this isn't surprising at all if you ask me.
If you think about it, remember the protests attendant on the 2004 nominating convention in NYC. They were massive. Whoever the nominee is in 2008, the people will still be protesting because the party itself is rotten to the core.
What city wants to deal with that?
