Airplay turn on automatically

Hi all, I'm new to MAC and I'm having problems to connect an external monitor to my MacBook.

I have bought a docking station (Wavlink WL-UG69DK1 rev. B) and I have connected it to my MacBook Pro with Mojave.

Then I have connected a monitor (LG 29WK600-W) to WL-UG69DK1 (HDMI to HDMI) and it automatically activate Airplay.

In this condition, I'm unable to configure the monitor (I see a black bars on the right and on the left), plus I'm unable to play YouTube video.

If I disable Airplay, after about 10 seconds, the system turn automatically it on.

Have idea about I can solve the problem?
