I would never put limits on how much someone can make or anything, but this has got to increase his carbon foot print a little. I hope he puts a windmill up there somewhere. :)

Preaching? Then maybe he'll qualify for a property tax exemption given to religious organizations.

Nice digs. Can't beat the area. Well, ok. But it's hard to beat that location.

And I'm sure none of our conservative free-marketeers would ever deign to be jealous of someone who has it better than them... :)

Hopefully he is doing something to reduce the environmental impact of that house....

Can you please provide the link to the article you quoted?

Classic liberal, do as I say, not as I do. How this clown ever got to the position he is in is beyond belief.

    What a ****ing hypocrite.

You know i'm environmentally conscious, no global warming denier (although i don't blindly say it's only man-made) but i so can't stand Al Gore.

You know it's easy to preach carbon taxes, limiting people's lives when you have 4 big ass mansions and big ass bank accounts.

Why doesn't he put more pressure on his corporate buddies? Those and the government should walk the talk first and then the people.

I assume you don't know what Gore has been up to the past decade.

LOL... Imagine the parties one could have there. Let's roll to Isla Vista and pick up some UCSB girls!

What authority does Gore have at this point? Is he still in the government? If not, what authority does he have to put pressue on companies and what kind?:confused:

Yet his carbon footprint is probably many times higher than the average person who he is supposed to be preaching against.

    I guess that's why Rush Limbaugh's $26 million home has 12 bathrooms. :p

My sentiments exactly. I'd also like some Freebirds nachos while we're in IV.

But it's OK that his carbon footprint is enormous because he buys carbon credits*...

Yet, he doesn't espouse the global warming BS that Gore does nor do I. It is a falsehood to think Man can alter the climate.

Property values on the US west coast never cease to amaze me. I can't help but wonder what the 1.5 acres would be worth by itself.
