I recently updated my 2nd Gen iPod Touch to iOS4 and was loving it up until now. It was running a bit slowly so I decided to give it a reboot. I turned it off, waited, then turned it back on. All was well until I tried accessing an app. Crashed on start-up. This is now happening with every single third party app on my iPod when it was not happening before the reboot. Can anybody help me?

You can try restoring it, but when you say to restore and it asks you to restore from backup say no.

Ahh! Wait! This happened to me and all I did was plug it into the computer and it told me it was restoring from backup. Don't lose all your stuff and start from scratch... Try backup *first*, then if that doesn't work try a full restore.

A member here went to the genius store cause this was happening and they said to do a restore without the backup, but if that works then thats fine.
