iPod touch Am I wrong?

I thought with all the recent updates with the Ipod touch and itunes I could use gift cards to buy apps? Am I wrong?

You can -- it's part of the iTunes app and the App Store app. Just scroll down to the very bottom of the page, and you should see a link that says "Redeem".
