Whether you think Michelle Bachmann's pledge to have patriotism testing done on politicians should be so inclusive that even Rand Paul should be thoroughly assessed, that we should shingle the White House with solar panels to reduce our dependence on oil, or that Barack Obama is a space alien masquerading as an American citizen, I think we can all agree that the CSM has just nabbed the 2010 award for headline of the year. :D

    Lol

What is it with people and swords these days?

We had the student chop up the intruder, then we have the crazy sword rampage guy in china (I think?), then we get the porn star that sworded the other porn star then jumped off the cliff, now this guy trying to sword bin laden.

I guess the gun has gone passe ;)

Clearly the man is an idiot. Besides, OBL is probably dead.

    I particularly enjoyed:

I wonder how you say "Dude, there's a white man with a bible and a sword at the door" in Pashtun. :D

And if only there were some shrine established to them, built like a ring with mighty caged walls. And if they were resplendent in colorful spandex. And a fearsome crowd, chanting their names. Oh, wait, that's UFC. :D

Although, truth be told, he's the first American in Western Asia to actually be doing what we said we were going over there to do. :D

I sympathize with the man. Your article didn't mention the fact that the man has some kidney problems and his relatives were killed on 9/11. Plus I think he's been to Pakistan about five times not counting this little trip. :p

    Good for him!

There's nothing wrong with an American citizen trying to play detective and finding Bin Laden. He was putting his life on the line, and we all know what can happen to Americans in the primitive country of Pakistan, where there's an awful lot of support for murderers and terrorists. It's not like he could do any worse than what the US government has done so far!

Could he possibly be charged with some sort of terrorist related crime?

A foreigner comes into the country intent on murdering someone, with weapons etc, I'm sure they would get stitched up by the fuzz if they tried it over here.

I'm surprised there aren't more "ninja's" over there looking for OSB. There is a 25 million reward for him.

I've always wanted a fully blown Mac-Pro with all of the options maxed out!

I should grow a beard and then board the next flight to Pakistan. And I'm assuming that the 25 million is dead or alive, because I certainly wouldn't capture him alive.

    :D
