I am shocked, shocked I tell you, to learn of this analysis and conclusions.

No wait, that's a false statement.

Hey, look at that, half of all statements made in a single PRSI post are false (not counting this one, which is a meta-statement (or this one, which is a meta-meta-statement)).

Even as a liberal, I have to agree with jkcerda.

A better study to portray how wrong Fox News is, would be this one:

based on the level of crap that addicting info spews, it is hard to take them at all seriously, thanks for the link showing that MSNBC & CNN are not far behind in the crap spewing done by faux news.

No problem. I tried to find another link, but that was the best I could get. And, yeah, Addicting Info is a horrible site.

as biased as Glenn Beck, Rush limbaugh show or any of the other alleged "news" sites out there.

we have very little actual "news", most crap that spews out of pundits/stations is biased to show what they wish. a culture of mushrooms kept in the dark & fed fecal matter is what this nation is becoming.

IIRC Rosie O'donnell once said, if you want actual "news", you have to go outside the U.S to get it.

we mostly see & hear what the MSM wants us to see & hear.

    EDIT.

most of us have "pundits/talking heads' we like to hear from, I like Jon Stewart and I am well aware the man is on COMEDY central :p

The MSM is pretty much whatever those in powerful want it to be, so we're borked.

    ----------

People who just watch TDS know more about common issues than people watching most other news shows. >_>

    Ooh, what you said!

We all know that NPR is a Commie-Pinko-Socialist-Left Wing-Obama Loving bunch of ComSymps.

Or, just possibly, it's a source of relatively balanced, reasonably accurate and in depth reportage.

I have no respect for Fox News, but, the operative concept here is hosts and guests. I dare say that the statistics are true of most "hosts and guests" on most shows on most channels. There is, in fact, very little actual news on most of these shows-- the rest is pontificating.

They are both trying to be entertainers. I don't find either one of them entertaining, and, they are both offensive, in different ways. But, I don't know anyone who thinks Bill Maher is providing news. That is a difference -- in the audience.

This just confirms everything we already knew about Fox News. Fox news is obviously bad. Say it with me, "fox news bad, fox news bad, fox news bad, fox news bad.."
