Seriously? The loony bin must have closed it's doors. They seem to be everywhere right now.

I thought the coffee shop was a little weird but this takes the cake. Sounds like the prequel to Scopes Monkey Trial, Part Two

Like I said, I think the loony bin closed and kicked everyone out. This is the craziest thing I've heard in a while.

I could at least understand the logic behind the coffee shop and the coffee shop I would say at least had some type of logical backing to it. Not that I agree with it but I could at least follow the logic.

This one ummm there is no link between the 2. It is like saying the birds did because I took my morning crap later than morning.
Birds death are link to my crapping schedule. If I get off tons of birds die.

When she starts building an ark, then I'll start to worry.

I was just about to post this. I saw the video and almost died of laughing. Who ever knew that nature was so concerned with the affairs of men.

For the love of birds, STOP!!
EDIT: It had to go in my signature, as it might be the best use of the English language I have ever seen.

Also, does my crocoduck count as a bird? I hope he's safe.

Only if God runs out of kittens.

Point is, though, if you imagine the Universe is absolutely controlled by a conscious entity who can see and do anything, then literally no claim can be regarded as crazy as long as you claim it's something that entity chose to do.

Although I certainly share the intuition that this woman is more objectively insane than some notional but ill-defined baseline, what standard makes her claim any more or less crazy than any other hypothetical claim about God? When I was religious this is the sort of question I simply had to avoid addressing at all, but I am curious whether anyone has thought about this and arrived at a satisfactory answer (apart from rejecting faith entirely).

They could just re-air the original video.

    Why does God kill?

Considering that large numbers of unexplained birds deaths isn't unusual, you'd think that God would come up with something better.

That's why the birds are dying. You should meet the activist, I'm sure you'd get along quite well.
