Any iPhone 4 early adopters able to get earlier upgrade?

I got the iPhone 4 on release date last year, and I'm eligible for an upgrade on 11/18/2011. Has anyone been successful in getting the upgrade pricing (iPhone 4S) a little bit early? It seems like in the past, they would let us do it earlier.

I have Ben with AT&T since march 09. I bought 3G. I was eligible again for the 4 and the 4S. I am primary on family plan. I have gotten both the 4 and 4S on launch day.

I'm eligible on 11/25/11. I talked to AT&T a few weeks ago and they told me that even tough I wasn't eligible until the 25th of November that I could still go and do the upgrade from the first day of my upgrade month. So November 1st Ill be at the AT&T store upgrading

I was told I could move up my upgrade date from 11/30 to today but I would have to order through ATT over the phone. Anyone able to get an early upgrade and then go to apple to pickup a 4s?

Odd, I was eligible, got my iPhone 4 right on release day.

I've been with AT&T for years, and upgraded to the 4 on launch day. I am eligible for a full discount on 2/24/2012.
