I love playing Minecraft, and as my PowerBook G4 is my only portable I've been looking for ways to play minecraft on it. Until now the only reasonable way was to play minecraft classic in browser. The normal version of the game would lag so much it was unplayble, as you may know. I figured the only reason it lagged that much was because of the world generation and this morning I had a brainwave. Play a skyblock survival map! These maps spawn you on a floating island with no "outside world". Using this map my PowerBook does not lag at all, and I'm using the latest version of minecraft too.

Long story short, play skyblock survival maps.

Probably should have listed my specs: 1.67GHz G4, 1GB DDR2 memory and ATI Radeon 9700 128mb
