    Hey all.

I get a signal from a tech school just down the street and i get the signal from my airport. but it is incredibly weak. i cant even watch videos anymore because every 2 seconds it attempts to buffer the rest of the video.

if any of you have any suggestions on how to tweak my computer to make the internet run smoother, feel free to post.

    Thanks in advance.

Install SafariBlock and clicktoflash. The first one will get rid of internet ads and the oter will get other unwanted flash out. Flash wastes too much CPU on PowerPC Macs

Go into your Airport settings and add the DNS’: 4.2.2.1 and 4.2.2.2

Also, reset Safari and empty the cache from the Safari menu.

Another thing you can try doing is using OpenDNS.
