Halou, recently i have bought new KTC Mini led 4k 144 hz display with usb c port.
When comparing "fluidity" of animations on windows PC vs macbook pro 16 M1 Max connected through USB C, windows PC is much much more fluid. When using mac sometimes i dont have feeling that iam using high high refresh monitor ( in system settings i have 4K 144hz confirmed)

Is there any way how to speed up mac animations?.

Yep you new display is looking for higher refresh rate, go to least a 4K rate, your not Windows anymore!
I'm not sure what your comment is supposed to mean. OP is using a 4K 144Hz display already.

As for speeding up macOS animations, I'm not sure there's much to be done. You can try using an app called Tinker Toy TinkerTool which can access some "hidden" macOS settings. There may be some settings in there that might get you what you want. But macOS should support your 144Hz monitor and increased frame rates -- current MacBook Pro models have 120Hz displays.

Even as part time DJ in older years and Mac user for 25 years I kept highest RGB code most Mac users are going for the best display tech out there! I was stating doing on 144Hz on a display 4K display, it seems just a little low!
