I've got some software that outputs data in the form of png files over time. Using Quicktime Pro I can merge these into a playable quicktime file. Is there any way that I could do the same thing but from the terminal. The reason I ask is that my program can call up terminal scripts so I could set it to initiate such a command without having to do it all manually every time.

    Thanks!

Scripts or Automator weren't an option since it had to be terminal based. I ended up working out how to do it. I just installed ffmpeg and use that.
