I was just thinking about this same thing earlier today.

For me, it's anything at all by Nirvana, Green Day, Offspring and No Doubt.

Their music is so overplayed (and overrated) I either turn down the volume or change the station whenever I hear any of these.

Ke$ha. I like most all music, but I have to turn the radio off when she comes on to avoid rage. She just talks, and people like this stuff as music? Someone tell me how she's not completely replaceable.

My favourite radio programme in the mornings plays little music, luckily.

Anything by Train. Plus, the nitwit girl in the office where I work also plays them in her own iTunes, as well as Van Halen which has been in constant rotation for the past two weeks... over and over and over...

I love Hey Soul Sister or Panama as much as the next guy, but overkill is overkill.

Canadian Content, on a Classic Rock station, anywhere in Canada.

I like Rush, Max Webster, et al, as much as the next person anywhere, but 40% (or whatever) is too fornicating much!!!!

    Thank you CRTC anuses.

    Rollin' In The Deep...

That song gets on my nerves, but it's so catchy.

Pumped Up Kicks, most things by Katy Perry, and Green Day (particularly Basket Case) (there are more, but I can't think of them).

I am, but that doesn't mean their songs aren't overplayed.

    Anything by Journey or Chicago.

I'm 33 years old. I have memories from when I was in a stroller/carseat and their songs were playing. It is time for them to go.

That horrible country duet about being "drunk and I need you now" - they play that song around here as if it's still in the Top 20...

I actually don't think that Lady Gaga sounds that bad. I just hate songs that overuse auto tune.

So Brittany Spears kills my ears. I could type words into my computer and make them sound more human than she does.

Isn't that what every country song is about? ;)

I don't listen to radio much...my combination of my iPod and Pro-Clip make it not necessary....but when I do, the alternative (I use that term loosely) station in Houston plays Pearl Jam, Nirvana, and Under The Bridge every hour it seems. Let's leave the 90's where they belong and join a new Century, please.
