Anyone with the 12 pro or older larger models beginning to question the max after seeing the cases and so called faked versions on YouTube? Since it’s not round say as the 11pro it looks big! This is coming from a guy who enjoyed the Note Ultra 20

I have the 8 Plus and the dimension’s looks to be the same, just a little taller, and 26g heavier. That’s fine with me. Can’t wait for the Max. Check out my comparison post.

12max is going to be a heck of a brick, the square-edge design might have been ok with iPhone 4 but it's not ideal for bigger phones.

Nope. I’ve always bought the larger models and never the small models except for buying the xs max and the xr in 2018. Kept the xs max after using the xr for few weeks.

The 12 Pro Max is perfectly fine size-wise if you have enjoyed previous Plus or Max devices.

I'll order the Max tomorrow, and will be second-guessing my choice probably even after it arrives.

I don't want a phone this big (previously had a 6 Plus, 6s Plus, 7 Plus), and I'm only getting it because of the camera improvements.

I previously owned the 11 Pro Max and now have the 12 Pro. I also have the 12 Pro Max case that I ordered from Spigen. It is slightly taller than the 11 PM. But I'm happy with the 12 Pro. Plus on the 12 Pro max spigen case, the camera bump is prominent then the 12 Pro model of that same exact case.

Especially if you look at the Apple Leather case for the Pro Max.

I’m a little hesitant. I’ve been on 5.8” phones since the X. Before that I had the 6 Plus / 7 Plus and do recall thinking I wouldn’t want to go back to a smaller phone 😂
Should be ok ?

I'm on the same boat. I had a 7 Plus before I got the X which is the one I have now. Back then, I switched from a 7 to a 7 Plus precisely because of the size and I don't remember getting fed up with it so yes, should be okay! I'll be ordering the Pro Max as well.

Mark my words on the numerous "12 Pro Max is TOO HEAVY" threads all over Macrumors soon.
Well, I do wish they offered it in aluminum so it would be lighter, but it's the same weight as the 11 Pro Max, so hopefully everyone got those complaints out last year.

I am weird and can't decide between a 12 mini and a 12 Pro Max. Haha. I use an XS right now and am happy with the size. I am not looking at a 12 Pro because it does not "feel" like an upgrade from XS because they are almost the same size. To me (because I am weird), an upgrade has to be something substantial: like mini being very small or max being very big. Anyone else like me? :D

I’m torn. Coming from the 11 max I went with the 12 pro. I’ve gotten used to the size and like it now. Yes it’s smaller and less battery but I can work with it. I’ve spent hours setting up all my passwords etc. If I knew for a fact the cameras are only marginal better with the max id just keep this as swapping is a pain in the A**. I’ll order the max and set up a return for this one. The reviews will be out before it arrives and I’ll make my decision based on that. No need to open it just to get a feel as I know the sizes.
