Just wondering what your routines are. What style do you use, and how many laps?
I am trying to get back to swimming but I only go once or twice a week at this point (kind of a hassle). Up until a few months ago I had not swam since high school swim team (which was over 10 years ago) so it was a real struggle to swim laps the first few times. I work out everyday, but being conditioned in swimming is totally different! It works though----just try to go as long as your body can take it. I noticed differences after the first week of changing my workout routine to swimming again!
One more thing--I go by TIME instead of how many laps right now---I look at the clock and tell myself I am going to swim laps for 30 minutes then I am going to use the kick board for my legs like 15 min, etc.... that is easier to keep up with instead of counting laps!
