Anyone know where to find a CS3 upgrade?

We still have photoshop 7, illustrator 10, etc and want to upgrade to CS3 or CS4. It looks like we have to pay full price to go up to CS4, so I was hoping to find a copy of CS3. Can anybody suggest a store that still might have some copies of CS3?
