Anyone regretting purchasing a gold 5s?

Just curious if anyone is regretting purchasing a gold iPhone 5s? I never thought it was cool on websites or in person so I'm just wondering if the fad has worn off yet or if it's still all the rage for you goldies out there ;-)
 
some of us are still waiting to receive it, then we can have a chance to regret🙂. Ironically since i never had the original iphone I have yet to try black, so I may do that with the 6s.
 
I'm sure the gold looks great in person, not the color I would choose, but even so, I'm thinking the gold isn't socially acceptable for dudes unless you live in Jersey.
 
I don't. The gold is so subtle that at times it's hard to tell its gold. I'm happy with it. It's flashy...lots of people want to hold it.

Sure don't ... I have had every iphone since the first and they all have been white and silver or black .... Feels good to see something different

been searching all over for an HD version of that wallpaper. with the whole govt shutdown I havent' found one. Any way you can send me yours?




Also, heck no am i regretting it. Put the gold in a Luvvitt clear case. bam bam bam. amazing
 
I definitely don't regret it as it's beautiful but it's so subtle that I'd be okay with silver too. I really just cared about the white front as my 4s was black and I was bored with that.
 
When my GF upgrades her 4S to 5S this weekend if she can find gold I am swapping her for my space grey, the one she actually wants.

yea, black 3GS, black 4 and slate 5. my iP6 will be white or gold or hold an option for a lighter color.

my fiancé got her gold yesterday and man that thing looks slick! I was skeptical when the leaks were coming out but seeing it in person is pretty damn nice!
 
Gold is such a terrible colour (yes ive seen it in a store too) also the two tone background is a terrible design too. Looks a little bit amateur hour in my opinion (like anyone gives a ****) haha
 
Gold is nice but I think Space Gray is classy and contemporary. The gray on black just go together well and match a lot of cases.
 
To me, the gold iPhone screams:

"Hey! look at me! I'm insecure and need to be validated for the wrong reasons."

Another piercing or more ink on an an ugly-assed body part would be much cheaper.
 
After having owned one white previous iPhne and 2-3 black iPhones the past few years, I'm very happy with my choice of gold. It's a thing of beauty, a work of art, IMO.
