Well, Ross has a tiPowerbook and Chandler went on the internet to check his e-mail, and in one of his e-mails he got a virus that formatted the harddrive....i think it's pretty funny considering there aren't really any viruses for macs. they should have used a pc to make their storyline believable...hehe
The Apple cover-up I think that's why they covered the apple symbol with tape. They probably figured Apple wouldn't appreciate their product 'crashing' on national television. LOL
I wonder is they were using Virtual PC at the time? If that's the case and they were running Windows, that would explain the crash!
Re: Anyone watch FRIENDS today? Was this a new episode? I haven't really been watching the shows much any more - although my wife has. D
yeah but the backlit Apple logo was taped up...making it a generic computer... the producers knew regulars wouldn't catch the faux pas...
They just weren't counting on people from MR to be scoping out every computer used on screen to see if it's a mac...heh, I don't even own a mac yet, but thanks to SOMEONE, I notice every time one is being used on television or in a movie.
Re: Re: Anyone watch FRIENDS today? I think that maybe I saw it 2 - 3 times when it first came on TV. To most of the comedies are just silly. If in need there good for a laugh, but no substance! I wonder why they renewed the show, guess money over quality!
Re: Re: Re: Anyone watch FRIENDS today? Its one of the most watched shows. So, with a lot of people watching it, the advertisers will pay more.
