iPhone X Anyway to show content of notifications on x

i hate how I can’t see what the message says or Facebook notification when my x is locked. Is there anyway to make it show?

Are you talking about the Facebook app when someone comments on your post? If so, Facebook has never had that option for their app.

I can look at the phone but it just says a name and iMessage. Until I unlock the phone.
