App for network settings shortcuts?

Is there an app to shortcut the Enabling 3g, wifi and push/ fetch data? This will greatly ease the pain of going through 3 levels of menu to get to these items...

No, and I wouldn't bank on getting one any time soon. I recon you will have to jailbreak for such an app, I don't think apple will let third party apps mess with iPhone settings.
