When I first open up the app drawer on my MacBook Pro 2016, the icons of items in folders are blank. If I close the drawer and reopen it, they come back again. This happens all the time and I only have to wait about 30seconds after closing for it to occur again. Seems to have started after the latest OSX update. Anyone else experiencing?

    hmm...
What exactly do you mean by "app drawer"
optional window from the Dock? - or in the Launchpad window?
or some third party app that you have installed?

Just the launchpad window that you can access by pinching 4 fingers on the trackpad...

    Ahh, OK, Launchpad!
(I don't recall if Apple has ever used the term app drawer, so had to make sure of what you were asking :D )

You can probably clear this up with a simple cache clearing. Some system utilities can do that for you, but just as good to drag your user folder/Library/Caches folder to the trash, then restart.

I actually think killall dock in terminal did the trick.
