iOS App Icons - Where to Provide Services

I know I can't advertise so I'll try to stick to the main point.

I'm an intermediate-advanced Photoshop designer and I'd like to get in on the app craze. I'd like to start designing app icons but I don't really know specifically where I should post/write (in terms of a webste). Can anyone help? Or at least point me in the right direction without getting in trouble here?
