App to keep windows on top?

Hey all,

I'm looking for a application that lets you select a certain program to remain on top.

For example, I'm watching a streaming video in WMP and I want to keep it on top, and being the piece of crap it is, it has no option for it. Any ideas?

same here. In in gnome, I usually right click windows and "pin" them on top.
