(not as in "human race" but against black people ) Spin (with obvious retorts) can be found here: http://www.relevantmagazine.com/current/nation/problem-saying-all-lives-matter and here, which is a lot more provocative with its immediate condescending: http://www.advocate.com/commentary/2016/7/07/its-time-you-realize-alllivesmatter-racist No, nothing is trivialized by "#AllLivesMatter". On the contrary, it opens us all up to more lives than just one. All lives and the individual issues therein, and hinting at societal platitudes, decorum, and compromises. That is also democracy to its logical conclusion. But not trivializing and I reject some of the spin and allusions made in those articles. (The one about "God Bless the World" should be obvious, yet still loaded.) Want trivialization? Saying "#NoLivesMatter" is what truly trivializes.
