That's according to January 2010's Men's Health (that well-known technology magazine).

"Somewhere between an iPhone and a MacBook, this is an absolute boredom crusher," says Billington. "It adds a new dimension to gaming on the move"

The god-awful magazine offers no idea as to who 'Billington' is, but I thought I'd share this rather tenuous tidbit nonetheless.

Guess it must be a sure thing! ;)

While wishing to see the Apple tablet device, I'll wait until I see it to believe it.

Been waiting since the Newton days...

It is weird that a magazine like MH would bother getting involved in something they have no confirmation of.

Because they'll release an online subscription thing that'll run on the tablet. Just my guess. I'm sure lots of magazines know about this and have planned for it.

Very good point. So maybe their March release date and £450 price-point are quite accurate?

I wouldn't be shocked. Since you probably have to pay a hefty 3G fee to one of the Telco's and their recent acquisition of that mobile advertising company, you can bet Apple's looking to try and profit from the ad revenue.

If it doesn't work, they discontinue the tablet or offer it at a much higher un-subsidized price.

I shouldn't think it will be £450, a reasonable amount more, like £600-700 as the 32 GB iPhone on PAYG is £540, so it will be more I reckon.

Just thought I would bring it up.

I wouldn't dismiss a magazine when it comes to the tablet. On the other hand, they're probably regurgitating rumors.

Price sounds accurate. $699 USD

The price actually sounds about right. Everyone is assuming itll be hsdpa enabled. I'm doubting it will be. I'm going with wifi and no hsdpa
